About me

Jamie Brooke

Life is too short to be living like a Tibetan Monk, but it will also cut too short if we don’t look after ourselves!

I’ve been working as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning specialist and sports therapist for 10 years and I’ve learned a lot during that time.

One of the biggest things I’ve learned is that we need to be able to enjoy life, but we also need to have some form of balance.

There needs to a balance between just eating whatever we like and not having a social life.

Each side of the spectrum is unhealthy for us! I’ve made it my mission to help people strike that balance.

I have helped hundreds of clients lose weight and show them that they can still enjoy a healthy social life in the process.

If losing one or more stone, getting in shape and living a healthier life is important to you then you have come to the right place.

I can show you everything you need to get in fantastic shape and feel confident in yourself again.

You may now be thinking “well he’s always been in shape so it’s ok for him!”. I wasn’t, I got into exercise to lose weight myself.

Overweight from as long as I can remember, I struggled with my weight into early adulthood. I got to close to 15 stone at my heaviest, however it wasn’t just my weight that was the issue, I constantly felt tired and lethargic too.

I decided to make a change, but it wasn’t plain sailing. I made every mistake in the book from fad diets to binge eating patterns.

Because this led me down so many of the wrong paths, it took me significantly longer to get to where I wanted to be.

This is why I am so passionate about helping people, because I want to prevent them from making the same mistakes I did.

If this sounds like you too please don’t keep doing it alone, have someone in your corner who can help you avoid all the traps and get to your goal with as minimal fuss as possible.

“Jamie helped me understand the reason for my physical pain, developed a plan to get me back to where I wanted to be and pushed me to challenge myself. Thank you Jamie!”
