Pillar 1- Accountability
Without having someone to be accountable, we are left to our own devices. Have someone in your corner who can motivate you when you need it and also push you to help you get the very best out of yourself.
Pillar 2- Education
Research has shown that the unhealthiest parts of the country with the lowest life expectancy are those with poor educations. I have created video content that teaches you from the ground up how to lose weight and how to structure your diet so it works for YOU!
Pillar 3- Structure
Having a structured training plan means you have focus and the more focussed you are on the task at hand, the more likely you are to succeed. Everything in my program is structured so that I can help help you get the very best out of your body.

This is a completely bespoke personal training package where everything from the face to face session, to your training outside of our session will be completely moulded around you!
Included:
1 x 60 minute 1 to 1 session per week.
Free access to 1 x 60 minute semi private PT workout per week (discussed below).

Diet and nutrition mastery (video content, recipe guides and continuous support from me)

Are you looking to train in a small group with likeminded people? Groups are capped at 6 people to ensure I can provide everyone with enough attention to succeed.
Included:
3 x 60 minute workouts per week in groups capped at 6 people.
A workout to follow outside of the sessions for the days you can’t make it in
Full diet and nutrition support and guidance (video content, recipes and continuous support outside of sessions with me).
